This hotel is not too convenient for anyone who can't walk well. The concierge desk is located conveniently near the main entrance. The main bar (at which you can order food) and the oyster bar are located on the 1st floor however you will have to go to the 2nd floor to check in. If you require a "handicap accessible" room near the elevator you will have to reserve (and pay for) a "Premium River View" room. We stayed in a standard "Riverview" room and could see the river if we sat in the proper chair near the window. It was also what seemed like 1/2 mile from the elevator.

I didn't like that the parking has an additional cost as well as requesting the car has an additional cost again. If calculate these costs in 4 nights, you pay in parking for 1 additional night at the hotel.

The room I stayed in was very dated and not reflective of pictures from other reviews. Very limited food options at the property considering its size. Pool area very small and constantly covered by smells from the hotel kitchen making it unpleasant to sit outside. Rooms affected by freight train passing at 3am and 4am sounding its horn making it impossible to get a good nights sleep. Avoid at all costs.
